Step 1) Open the Minecraft.jar folder by using 7Zip, WinRAR, or any other extraction program
Step 2) Delete the META-INF folder if you haven’t already done so (deleting this file allows many mods to function)
Step 3) Download Single Player Commands 1.6 from its official forum thread here
Step 3) Copy and paste all of the ‘.class’ files from the mod folder to the jar folder (replace any files when prompted)
Step 4) Copy and paste all of the ‘.jar’ files from the mod folder into the .minecraft/bin directory. For example, copy WorldEdit.jar into “.minecraft/bin” as opposed to Minecraft.jar
